Investment Analyst / M&A Analyst (m/w/f)
✅ Working across all elements of origination, execution, financing and post-investment project management within a successful, small and growing investment house in a modern office in Düsseldorf
✅ Great, dynamic team with lean hierarchies, where you can take on investment responsibilities fast and develop your skills
✅ We are working hard and with ambition, high standards and have fun, but with us you also have a private life, do not work on weekends and the normal is not more than 45-50 hours per week.
✅ You get flexibility in your hours and to work from home multiple days a week. To take the best learnings and build a good network across the business you should be interested in coming into the office on a regular basis, joining us 2 or 3 days per week. As you grow in your role and with the business it will be possible to increase the homeoffice time. If you prefer coming to the office everyday, you are also welcome and not alone.

We are looking for candidates (m/fd) near Düsseldorf with the following skills:
✅ 2-3 years experience in Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Private Equity, M&A Advisory or Consulting
✅ Strong accounting, modelling, analytical skills
✅ Strong skills in MS Excel
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Native or fluent in German and English; additional languages beneficial
✅ Ability to work effectively in a team
✅ Entrepreneurial abilities
Your responsibilities include:
✅ All elements of the infrastructure investment life cycle
✅ support the team on acquisitions in Europe and international markets.
✅ Support the origination process with market and project profiling
✅ Taking the lead in project modelling and reviewing due diligence materials.
✅ Create investment recommendations, support the transition process to the asset management team post acquisition and support the controlling and technical functions during the operating life cycle.
